Here are my ten points for improving your inner resilience;
Don't ignore the signs - feelings, emotions and physical.
Unwind and sleep.
Nutrition - eat a well balanced diet.
Exercise - outdoors and indoors.
You are not weak - acknowledging vulnerability is a strength.
Say 'No' - Managing your and other expectations.
Family - talk to your family and friends.
The power of thought - manage your mind, you are not your thoughts.
Resilience is innate - this is a pre-existing super power you already have!
Breathe. Count to four in, count to four out.
