The Power of Resilience

Here are my ten points for improving your inner resilience;

  1. Don't ignore the signs - feelings, emotions and physical.

  2. Unwind and sleep.

  3. Nutrition - eat a well balanced diet.

  4. Exercise - outdoors and indoors.

  5. You are not weak - acknowledging vulnerability is a strength.

  6. Say 'No' - Managing your and other expectations.

  7. Family - talk to your family and friends.

  8. The power of thought - manage your mind, you are not your thoughts.

  9. Resilience is innate - this is a pre-existing super power you already have!

  10. Breathe. Count to four in, count to four out.
